  • 50ml Las Olas Spiced Rum

  • 25ml Lime Juice

  • 15ml Demerara Sugar Syrup

  • 8-10 Mint Leaves

How to make it 

  • Gently muddle the mint leaves, lime juice, and sugar syrup in a highball glass.

  • Add Las Olas Spiced Rum and fill the glass with ice.

  • Top with soda water and stir gently to combine.

  • Garnish with a mint sprig.
