Our courier may require a signature and valid photo ID upon delivery. If ID is requested and not provided, the courier reserves the right to withhold delivery.

Next-day delivery is available on working days only. Orders for next-day delivery placed after the 11am cutoff or on weekends and bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Orders that are returned to our shipping facility due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or lack of ID verification may incur an additional delivery fee for re-shipment.

• If you are not completely satisfied with your non-alcohol purchase, we offer a standard return policy for items in their original, unused condition. You may return clothing and accessories within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
• Return Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags intact.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for instructions and to receive a return authorization.
• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
